How's the current market?

In February 2024, Maryland's housing market saw an increase of 6.5% in home prices from the previous year, with properties selling at a median price of $400,600. The volume of homes sold, however, experienced a decrease of 2.6% compared to the previous year. Specifically, there were 4,221 homes sold this February, marking a decline from the 4,332 homes sold in February of the prior year. The median duration that homes spent on the market was 34 days, reflecting a decrease of 8 days from the previous year.
